Tori.B Is a certified yoga and Matt Pilates instructor with over 5 years of experience in yoga and Pilates. She's a certified RYT 200 yoga instructor who specializes in therapeutic yoga, Hatha yoga, and Mat Pilates.

Tori believes in the transformative power of mindful movement and a holistic approach. Her teaching approach is centered on creating a supportive environment where students can explore their physical capabilities and cultivate mental clarity. Her goal is to help students achieve a balanced body and mind.

What types of classes do you offer?

We offer a variety of Yoga and Pilates classes for all levels, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced. Our classes range from Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga to Mat and Reformer Pilates.

Do I need any prior experience to join your classes?

No prior experience is necessary. Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels, and our instructors provide modifications to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Barefoot is typically best for Yoga, while Pilates may require non-slip socks.

Do I need to bring my own mat or equipment?

We provide mats and basic equipment for all classes. However, you are welcome to bring your own mat and any personal equipment you prefer to use.

What is the cancellation policy?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before the class to avoid a cancellation fee.
