Committed to continuous learning, Tori regularly attends advanced training and workshops to stay abreast of the latest developments in yoga and Pilates.

Outside of teaching, Tori is a Licensed Esthetician and enjoys hiking, weight training, cooking nutritious Vegan meals, and practicing meditation. She is also passionate about holistic health and wellness.
